why should i worry
- Dan is 30" tall and 250 lbs in quadrupedal were form. He is small enough by werewolf standards to pass for a very large dog. He is very rarely seen in bipedal were or human forms.
- He is chill and tolerant of people, but he doesn't exhibit any of the instant cuddly friendliness of an actual domesticated dog. He is still very much a wild animal, and he is often aloof and ill-mannered. He socializes well with animals and other weres, but can be pushy. He is very grabby around food.
- He is smart by animal standards, but kind of dumb by people standards.
- Nonverbal.
- Dan is somewhat well-known in the areas he frequents, so feel free to play like your character already knows him by one of his many names. They are also welcome to give him new names.
- Dan is not available for permanent adoption. Like Six Dinner Sid, he will not be tied down to one family.
- Animal control is aware of his existence, but no one has yet succeeded in putting him in dog jail.
- His real name and history are a mystery, but any character who is familiar with "stuck" weres will recognize the signs of a traumatized person who retreated into the mind of their animal body and never came back out.
- Is mostly just a harmless weirdo.
- Hangs out at The Chop Shop a lot. You can assume NPC Dan is there even when his player is not online.
- Is now missing an eye, courtesy of Beau.
- Is Paranoid Floyd's Scooby Doo.
